Below are rough budget numbers for our DIY Blox container homes. We are committed to offer Michigan residents cost effective housing solutions. 

• We will cut the containers, deliver to site, set them and weld them on site. You are responsible for finishing the container home and pulling your own permits. We are able to provide you with basic site plans and floor plans for an additional cost. 

• We ONLY pull permits for projects we are completing from start to finish. 

• We do not assist in finding land please contact a realtor of your choice.

• We do not sell shipping container we only customize
